WAIVER & TERMS

STUDENTS

I understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending this event on the specified date. I agree not to hold the company, its officers, agents, or employees accountable or take legal action against them. This waiver releases the company from all liability for injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after the activity.

By signing this agreement, I agree to absolve the company of any liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

I am aware of the risks involved in this activity, including but not limited to, muscle tears, sprains, and other physical injuries. I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I have been informed of these risks.

Additionally, I do not have any conditions that may increase my likelihood of injury. I will make every effort to comply with company personnel, adhere to all safety rules, and seek clarification if needed.

STUDIO CLASSES

Paid classes are:

NON-CANCELLABLE

NON-REFUNDABLE

NON-TRANSFERABLE to another student or another class, except if it is under either of the following conditions:

- Purchased class is cancelled or rescheduled.

- Student has incurred injury or illness prior to the purchased class, with proof or medical certificate provided. In this case, the student will be given the option to transfer to another class scheduled within the next month. Instructions for class transfer will then be given.

XEBU Dance Studio is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. However, students will be held responsible for any damage to the property of XEBU Dance Studio, including the costs of potential repair or replacement.
